Job Opportunity: Full-Time Youth Minister

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Youth Minister to join our church team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and developing our youth ministry, providing spiritual guidance and support to young people.


About the Role

This is a full-time position that will involve:

  • Leading worship services and events for young people
  • Developing and implementing youth programs and activities
  • Providing pastoral care and support to young people
  • Mentoring and discipling young people in their faith

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong theological foundation and understanding of biblical teaching
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
