We require a Detainee Services Officer to play a vital role in maintaining the centre's safety and security while delivering exceptional services to detainees.
This involves working collaboratively with the team to ensure excellence in delivery and contributing to a culture of trust, care, innovation and pride.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the centre's safety and security;
- Delivering exceptional services to detainees;
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- High levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour;
- Sound fitness level;
- Understanding of diverse ethnic, cultural and lifestyle backgrounds;
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Natural ability to influence and negotiate in challenging situations.
