As a Contract Manager with the Science and Australian National Botanic Gardens Branch, you will be responsible for providing contract and financial services support. This includes managing service contracts, undertaking tender processes, and assisting with budget development and management.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Managing service contracts such as pay parking, cleaning, utilities, and fleet management

- Managing donation programs and processing lease payments from commercial operators

- Undertaking a range of procurement activities

- Assisting with budget development/management, forecasting, and revenue management

- Preparation of journals and end of month processing

- Providing a full range of accounts receivable services including banking and revenue reporting
