Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in managing administration of all subcontractor supplier contracts within prescribed cost limits.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts
  • Providing financial administration support for the project
  • Assisting the Project Manager with preparation and review of project monthly reports, including provision of working completed programme data
  • Developing and managing your own work schedule to deliver required outputs within expected quality timeframes
