Senior Change Management Leader Role

This is a key position within our Technology team, where you will lead a group of professionals to implement transformational ways of working. We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive speed, efficiency, and agility in our delivery practices.

You will oversee the supply of Change Managers and Analysts into cross-functional teams, setting standards and best practices for Agile Change Management. Your goal will be to develop leadership skills, recruiting, developing capability, and problem-solving expertise within the Organisation Change Management Chapter.

  • Develop a strong team of Change practitioners through effective coaching, mentoring, professional development, and performance management.
  • Foster the growth and mastery of Change Management expertise among Chapter members to help Tribes advance their mission and achieve customer and business outcomes.
  • Define Change Management frameworks and best practices, ensuring that the 'how' of the work performed by Chapter members is aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of Change practitioners, providing guidance on professional development and performance management.
  2. Build capability and develop mastery in Change Management among Chapter members, helping Tribes achieve their goals and deliver results.
  3. Champion a culture of delivery excellence, supporting the development, rollout, and adoption of best-in-class delivery models, including ways of working, practices, processes, and behaviors.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Change Manager on complex projects.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience, with a focus on building capability and managing resource requirements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in financial services (preferably insurance).
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies.
