We are seeking an Iron Ore Supply Chain Governance Expert to join our Integrated Scheduling & Planning team at our state-of-the-art operations centre in Perth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and governing playbooks across the Rio Tinto Iron Ore value chain, driving system-centric mindsets, behaviours and practices to maximise system value.
This permanent position offers a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, with annual incentive bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain playbooks across the Rio Tinto Iron Ore supply chain
- Drive system-centric thinking throughout the organisation
- Contribute to project management of the end-to-end playbook process
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the supply chain
- Deep technical understanding of the Iron Ore supply chain (Mine, Rail, Port)
- Technical understanding of systems thinking leveraging Theory of Constraints or Lean Thinking
- Project/program management experience
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership qualities
