* Help build a culture that fosters people development and encourages inventory control and stock movement
* Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store teams to inspire continuous improvement
* Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
* Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth
* Create an environment that enables teams to come as they are, valuing diversity as the magic that makes good culture

Requirements:

* You're results-driven and always have the customer experience at the front of mind
* You understand the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth, proactively sharing your knowledge with others
* You're authentic, analytical, and attentive
* You understand people and use a passionate and inspiring approach to coach and motivate your team
* You use your planning and organizational skills to keep your team on track and achieve great outcomes
