Job Title: Management Accountant Role

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for managing project costs, work in progress, and revenue accurately and proactively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on project costs, WIP, and revenue accurately and proactively
  • Handle the month-end process: journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Provide AP/AR support when needed
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Ensure compliance and lodge all required documentation on time
  • Keep financial systems tidy and accurate (MYOB, Xero, and Odoo)

About You:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a well-rounded finance or management accounting role
  • Solid hands-on exposure to project accounting, work in progress, and revenue recognition
  • CA or CPA qualified (or well on your way)
  • Confident managing the full finance function with a practical, get-it-done approach
