Job Role

We are seeking a diligent Support Services professional to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality services tailored to resident needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining legislated safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areas, communal spaces, and dining areas.

Additionally, they will contribute to effective laundry and kitchen services by completing tasks in accordance with procedures and directions. They will also distribute meals to residents, assist the chef with meal preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen duties.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing personalised service to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areas
  • Clean communal and dining areas
  • Clean and sort laundry
  • Prepare and present dietary services, including meals and drinks
  • Distribute meals to residents, assist the chef with meal preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen duties
