Leadership and Administration Role

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership team with administrative tasks, including policy development and review, event management, and social media marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with centre managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new families.
  • Manage tour bookings, leads, applications, offers, and support families from offer to post-commencement check-in.
  • Assist with head office responsibilities, including funding management and reporting, payroll and budget management, and fee, funding, and debtor management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years leadership/administrative experience in the early childhood sector.
  • Advanced Qikkids knowledge and CRM experience with leads/enrolment management.
  • Solid understanding of CCS, ACCS, ISS, KISS funding processes and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Kindergarten funding and reporting.
  • Understanding of Regulations/NQF/EYLF/VEYLDF.
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, Child Protection, and Mandatory Reporting.
  • Social media and marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
