Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to lead our team and support the Centre Director in overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as proven leadership experience in early childhood education. They will also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

In this role, you will mentor and guide educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration
  • Mentor and guide educators
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Manage rostering, enrolments, and quality documentation
  • Lead the team in delivering engaging, play-based learning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

What You'll Bring:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Proven leadership experience in early childhood education
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
