Frontline Customer Service Advocate

">- You'll be the frontline for our customers and stakeholders, connecting them with care services.
This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about customer service and delivering empathetic support.
">About This Role">In this position, you'll handle incoming queries via phone, email, fax, and digital channels. You'll perform admin tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems, update client records, liaise with clinical staff, and track referrals.
">You'll provide accurate information on our health programs, make outbound calls to welcome new clients, and follow up on referral requests.

A 7-day rotating roster with shifts between 7am-8pm SA time, including one weekend shift per fortnight. Penalty rates apply for late shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Office-based in Adelaide preferred, with hybrid work options available.
