PHE is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to lead our team on projects across Australia. The successful candidate will assist the Superintendent and work collaboratively with the team to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, safety awareness, and experience in supervisory roles. With a focus on delivering results while maintaining high standards of quality and safety, this role presents a unique opportunity to expand your career in the mining industry.

This position involves undertaking project-specific tasks as directed by the Superintendent, leading a team of Leading Hands and Electricians, and ensuring a culture of safety on site. The successful candidate will also report task status and maintain records according to project management methodology.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant Trade Certification/AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech qualification.
  • A current State Electrical License.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel, and Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and hold a current High-risk work License (WP class) and Working at Heights certification.
