Ensuring Excellence in Quality Management

Job Description:

As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our laboratory operations. This includes ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop laboratory staff while managing day-to-day lab operations.
  • Conduct and oversee quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, digital QA initiatives, and lab automation.
  • Manage laboratory resources, consumables, budgets, and compliance activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in science or laboratory-related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • 4–5 years of laboratory or quality assurance experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (ISO, HACCP) and laboratory best practices.
  • Analytical skills to interpret test results and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
