Job Title:

Achieve Operational Excellence as a Quality and Laboratory Team Lead

  • Drive laboratory operations to deliver high-quality products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in a relevant field (science or laboratory-related discipline) or equivalent qualification.
  2. 5+ years of experience in laboratory leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
