What Does the Role Entail?
- Manage day-to-day lab operations, conducting and overseeing quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on laboratory expertise combined with excellent leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and capability development.
