Senior Laboratory Quality Leader

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional quality and leadership skills? We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive excellence in our laboratory.
This role will involve leading and developing the laboratory team, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will be responsible for hands-on laboratory expertise combined with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop laboratory staff.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and lab automation.
- Manage laboratory resources, consumables, and compliance activities.
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree in science or laboratory-related field.
- 4–5 years of laboratory or quality assurance experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (ISO, HACCP) and laboratory best practices.
- Analytical skills to interpret test results and solve complex problems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
