The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously. They will also be committed to ongoing training and development, ensuring they stay up-to-date with best practices in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to customers and employers to facilitate long-term employment arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source new employment opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and enhance employment outcomes
