Retail Sales Leadership Opportunity

Create customer-centric environments and deliver exceptional service as a Team Leader in pet care.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, driving sales growth, and maintaining store standards.
Your Role:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Store Manager to maximize store success. You will lead a team with a focus on engagement, train and coach members, and help them achieve business objectives.
What's Required:
- A leader with a hands-on approach and a natural love for animals and people
- At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer or similar
- Strong retail management/supervision experience (or similar) with a minimum 1 year experience in management
- Friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train team members
