We are currently seeking a retail professional to lead our Mooroopna shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse team of volunteers and delivering a memorable experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for retail and a proven track record in achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and tasks;

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading our volunteer team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve results.
