  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, overseas agents, airlines, and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients, overseas agents, airlines, and internal departments
  • Arrange transport and cartage, preparing quotations, and negotiating rates with airlines if necessary
  • Assist in all aspects of operation
