Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious driver to operate a truck in accordance with all applicable regulations, load and deliver perishable product to customers, and provide excellent customer service.

This role requires the ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions, including high and low temperatures, and to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate the truck in accordance with all applicable Federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Efficiently load and deliver perishable product to customers while striving to provide quality and good customer service.
  • Follow procedures to ensure the truck is safe to operate.
  • Complete required pre and post-trip inspections and report necessary maintenance as required.
  • Operate the truck to receive load, evaluate slump, and drive to the job site.
  • Safely maneuver the truck on the job site, attach chutes to discharge material, clean the truck to minimize concrete buildup.
  • Complete all forms, tickets, and required paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Class B CDL and be able to maintain a clean driving record.
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to internal/external customers and team members.
  • Show a safety-conscious approach for self and others.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment process, including a criminal background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Report.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work outdoors with exposure to high and low temperatures and other outdoor environmental conditions.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and OT.
