Data Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities include providing high-quality administrative services, analyzing data flows, educating stakeholders on portfolio performance, and processing claims files.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Engage with external and internal clients to understand their needs and provide solutions leading to improvements in client satisfaction and data quality.
- Analyze cession and claim portfolios to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Educate stakeholders on how cession and claim portfolios are performing by giving feedback on data issues and solutions.
- Process claims files, conduct portfolio reviews, authorize claims liability, perform data operations audits, and validate cessions.
- Provide consultation and guidance to major projects.
- 2+ years of experience in operational and data management.
- Financial services industry experience is desirable.
- Experience performing technical/data review work.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of databases, programming, and intermediate SQL.
- Experience in identifying areas of risk and improving process.
- Sound understanding of working in projects.
