Site Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a $35M apartment build in Melbourne's inner south-east/bayside region.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from early planning and design coordination through to completion and handover.
- Oversee budget management, programming, risk registers, and value-engineering for successful delivery.
- Cooperate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure collaboration and accountability.
- Optimize project profitability through effective procurement and financial controls.
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Build strong client relationships while leading site teams.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably on apartments or commercial projects valued over $30M.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial acumen in budget control, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
