The Group Facilities Manager plays a vital role in the success of our organisation, responsible for the strategic management and operational oversight of all facilities across multiple states.
This leadership position ensures that our sites, buildings, plant, and equipment are safe, compliant, and optimised for operational efficiency, while supporting our business goals and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of all facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and appearance.
- Develop and implement preventative and reactive maintenance schedules for buildings, plant, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, environmental, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet operational needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [X] years experience in facilities management or a related field.
