Job Title: Store Operations Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and influential leader to oversee our national store network. This senior role involves driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and implementing our store strategy across retail, trade, and design sales.
As Store Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading our store operations team, setting strategic directions for our store network, and ensuring alignment and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our Store Strategy Playbook with measurable KPIs to drive sales, operational excellence, and brand strength.
- Collaborate with our Trade Strategy team to support growth in trade targets.
- Contribute to our corporate strategy as part of our Executive Management Team.
- Ensure store operations are consistent, compliant, and continuously improving.
- Lead and develop our Store Leadership Team to foster a high-performance culture.
About You:
- Proven executive leadership in multi-site retail and operations management.
- Successful track record in retail and trade growth, profitability, and customer experience.
- Experience leading large, dispersed teams with a focus on culture and performance.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and operational skills.
- Inspirational leadership with excellent stakeholder management skills.
