Job Title: Senior Research Projects Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Projects Officer to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for leading and managing research projects from inception to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about research and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organization. If you have a strong academic background in a relevant field, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience in project management, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies and strategies to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop project plans.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of time and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, humanities, natural sciences).
  • At least 3 years of experience in research project management, preferably in an academic or research institution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
