Project Management Role Overview

This role is centered around delivering outcomes that improve people's lives. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for transforming business objectives into tangible results.

  • Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
  • Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • To produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
Key Responsibilities

You will support design management and procurement activities, communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, you will contract administer and act as the superintendent representative to support the superintendent.

  • Drafting PSC Reports for review by the AD or Director;
  • Drafting Monthly Reports for review by the AD or Director
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a recognized degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field such as construction management or project management. A minimum of 1-4 years project management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a client-side or consulting environment.

  • Administrative skills with strength in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential.
  • Familiarity with Aconex advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Design Phase highly desirable.
  • Construction Contract Administration experience highly desirable.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. English fluency to a native standard essential.
Additional Information

The successful candidate will have seniority at mid-senior level and must be willing to work full-time. They should also possess excellent time management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
