As a Technical Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Northumberland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and induction of team members
  • Training and development, including appraisals and legal training requirements
  • Team management, including conduct and capability, disciplinary procedures, and absence management
  • Supervisor and technician training

You will have experience in hard FM, preferably in a healthcare setting, and possess excellent customer relation skills, good communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to manage large teams and plan multi-site work schedules.
