
Administrative Support Professional

Peter G Williams & Associates, a busy traditional law practice, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to support the day-to-day running of our firm.
The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including:
- Dictation typing and preparation of court documents, correspondence and legal documents
- Online searches and conveyancing experience essential
- Assisting with client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining electronic and physical file management systems
- Managing the diary and scheduling appointments for our Principal
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
About You
We are looking for an individual with a minimum 2 years' experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a legal environment. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Excellent typing and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using legal software and MS Office suite
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures and office practices
