Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving the development of high-quality, scalable, and secure digital solutions.

You will lead a small team of engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep experience with core AWS services including Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, and AWS CDK.
  • Strong backend skills in TypeScript (Node.js), Python; familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Proficient with orchestration tools (Orkes and Step Functions desirable) and integration patterns; strong understanding of API security (OAuth2).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, and infrastructure automation.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, Agile delivery, and designing scalable, reliable solutions with technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and effectively lead an engineering team.
