We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dream Vacation Planner.

About the Role:

In this fully remote position, you will work closely with clients to design personalized romantic travel experiences. You will create customized vacation plans tailored to each couple's preferences, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed travel itineraries for couples, taking into account their desires, expectations, and priorities.
  • Conduct virtual meetings or calls with clients to understand their travel needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Collaborate with trusted travel vendors and tour operators to secure the best options and pricing suited for romantic getaways.
  • Oversee all bookings and confirmations, ensuring a smooth and accurate planning process.
  • Provide dedicated support throughout the planning process and during travel, handling any changes or emergencies with professionalism.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and seasonal specials related to romantic travel.
Requirements:
  • Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
  • Show strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be comfortable using online booking tools and conducting virtual consultations.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
  • Have a passion for travel and helping couples create meaningful experiences.
