We're seeking Sales Travel Professionals across Australia who are eager to dazzle, discover, and delight our customers. If you're looking for a career that will take you further than you ever imagined, we want to hear from you

 

Your Role:

  • Work full-time in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade
  • Plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email for our customers
  • Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more
  • Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between
  • Be the expert and assist our customers with their travel-related questions, including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, and what to avoid

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Great organisational skills, taking notes, managing your calendar well, and responding quickly to customer calls and emails
  • A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help open up the world to our customers
  • Determination to meet your sales targets and KPIs while balancing your workload in a high-pressure environment
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth that makes our customers want to book with you every time
  • A savviness with computers, toggling between various complex systems to find the right flight and package options for your customer

 

What You'll Gain:
