Building a dream home is an exciting journey, and as a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to clients throughout this process.


About the Opportunity:

The Building Consultant role involves engaging with prospective customers at our display homes, qualifying them, and progressing them through a defined path that suits their budget, design, and lifestyle requirements.

  • You will support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote to presenting tenders and variations.
  • Your primary focus will be to manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers and engage with clients by providing value.
  • You will ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork are completed to a high standard within required timeframes.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with all departments is essential to deliver complete and correct documentation.
  • You will manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong sales background with high ambition to achieve results. An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is essential.

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably within new home sales, is highly desirable.
  • You should be able to think outside the square to achieve an outcome.
  • A passion for helping people and being a trusted advisor are must-haves.
