Client Relationship Manager

As a seasoned professional in client management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of assigned accounts. Your key responsibilities will include managing client projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients, and effectively implementing strategies, resolving issues, and fostering strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all project briefs are thoroughly addressed and completed within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate with creative partners to ensure high-quality ideas and adherence to media implementation processes across various channels.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with specialist teams to provide exceptional services.
  • Identify and share relevant opportunities with key stakeholders, drive innovative thinking, and inspire new ideas.
Requirements:
  • Familiarize yourself with specific client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliverables.
  • Attend internal/external meetings and working sessions with brand managers/directors and internal teams as required.
  • Monitor and track activity across all channels to ensure planned campaign goals are met.
  • Hold media owners accountable for under-deliveries and negotiate makegoods.
  • Develop capabilities in logically presenting arguments and clearly/simply communicating ideas.

  • Media invoicing tools such as BMD.
  • Analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Datorama, Adobe Analytics.
  • Ad Servers such as DCM, Sizmek, Innovid, Flashtalking.
  • DMP's/CDP's - Adobe, Google, Krux, Rocketfuel.
  • DSP's and Buying platforms such as DV 360, DBM, MediaMath, Quantcast, Appnexus, DataXu, Turn, Sizmek.
