Account Development Specialist

This is a dynamic role that requires managing existing client accounts, generating new sales opportunities in the Retail, Technology & Mining fields, and selling/up-selling our technology solutions to clients.

  • Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective localisation strategies for clients.
  • Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in sales and account management.

As an Account Development Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team that provides exceptional support to our clients. You will work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in sales and account management, and proficiency in English language.
  • They must be self-driven, ambitious, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and colleagues is also essential.
