Key Account Specialist Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our NSW sales team in Sydney.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer-centric solutions, managing financial performance, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop customer-focused strategies and identify improvement opportunities within the customer base
  • Maintain financial targets
  • Explore new business development opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers
  • Build internal processes and relationships
  • Monitor sales results and implement corrective actions

About You

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in account management
  • Drive and initiative for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • PC-based computer skills (MS Office, Excel, order/invoice systems)
  • Current driver's licence
