Job Title: Operational Rules Specialist

Job Description

Cbus Super Fund is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Rules Consultant to join their Member Performance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory environments, business frameworks, and operational processes. They will lead the transition of business rules to Objective Keystone, provide training and support to upskill teams, and assist in reporting on the status of Business Rules updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transition of business rules to Objective Keystone, supporting teams across Insurance, Administration, and other MEX functions.
  • Provide training and support to upskill teams in maintaining business rules.
  • Assist in reporting on the status of Business Rules updates and manage quarterly compliance controls.
  • Ensure procedural compliance and support operational initiatives and process improvements.
  • Oversee change management processes with external service providers, including testing and reporting.
  • Deliver operational reporting and respond to procedural queries to ensure legislative compliance.
  • Manage quarterly reviews, audits, and change cycles of Fund Business Rules and Procedures.
  • Support projects and initiatives impacted by business rules and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Objective Keystone.
  • Experience in superannuation operations and service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and relevant frameworks.
  • Experience with GRC systems (ARCHER preferred) and incident management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and document management capabilities.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (preferred).
