We are looking for a Business Rules Specialist to join our team. This role supports the implementation and maintenance of frameworks and controls around Business Rule updates, with a focus on transitioning to a new document management system and enhancing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the transition of business rules to Objective Keystone, supporting teams across Insurance, Administration, and other MEX functions.
  2. Provide training and support to upskill teams in maintaining business rules.
  3. Assist in reporting on the status of Business Rules updates and manage quarterly compliance controls.
  4. Ensure procedural compliance and support operational initiatives and process improvements.
  5. Oversee change management processes with external service providers, including testing and reporting.
  6. Deliver operational reporting and respond to procedural queries to ensure legislative compliance.
  7. Manage quarterly reviews, audits, and change cycles of Fund Business Rules and Procedures.
  8. Support projects and initiatives impacted by business rules and procedures.
About You
  • You will need proficiency in Objective Keystone.
  • You will have experience in superannuation operations and service delivery.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and relevant frameworks.
  • You may have experience with GRC systems (ARCHER preferred) and incident management.
  • You will be skilled at stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
  • You will have strong analytical, research, and document management capabilities.
  • You will have high-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will be able to work independently with initiative and motivation.
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline would be beneficial.
