Transformative Business Rules Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the transformation of business rules, ensuring seamless integration with Objective Keystone. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory environments and relevant frameworks, as well as expertise in superannuation operations and GRC systems (ARCHER preferred). The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, a strong analytical mind, and exceptional document management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Rule Transition: Lead the transition of business rules to Objective Keystone, supporting multiple teams across Insurance, Administration, and other functions.
- Team Training and Support: Upskill teams in maintaining business rules, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Reporting and Compliance: Assist in reporting on the status of Business Rules updates, manage quarterly compliance controls, and ensure procedural compliance.
- Change Management: Oversee change management processes with external service providers, including testing and reporting.
- Operational Reporting: Deliver operational reporting and respond to procedural queries to ensure legislative compliance.
About You
- You'll bring expertise in Objective Keystone, superannuation operations, and a strong understanding of regulatory environments and relevant frameworks.
- Experience with GRC systems (ARCHER preferred) and incident management is also required.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills are essential for success in this role.
- A strong analytical mind, research capabilities, and document management skills will help you excel in this position.
- Your high-level written and verbal communication skills will be used to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
