Job Description

Westpac seeks a seasoned technology leader to join its Customer Solutions Technology team as a Domain Owner.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver proof points and milestones within set appetite for customer solutions, including Fraud and Scams, Deceased Estates, Complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business and technology outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Lead people, implement strategic workforce planning, and build capability in the Customer Solutions Technology domain to achieve higher maturity standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of domain experience in Fraud and Scam and broader Financial Crime technology.
  • Expertise in technology delivery aligned to Scaled Agile delivery framework (SAFe) with strong focus on domain risk and controls management.
  • Experience in delivering contemporary workflow solutions is desirable.
  • Strong background in people leadership, with over a decade of leading high-performing teams.
  • Exposure in delivering DevSecOps, system integration, and Gen AI / Agentic AI delivery.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing senior stakeholders, including up to GM level.
