Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are currently seeking an accomplished and ambitious individual to take on the role of Retail Store Manager.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve sales goals, training and developing staff, maintaining store standards, and creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for customers.

  • Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash key performance indicators while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
  • Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
  • Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.
  • Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.
  • Ability to drive sales and achieve key performance indicators while managing operational costs.
  • Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
