Water Hygiene and Treatment Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative leader to spearhead the development of Water Hygiene, Water Treatment and Air Purification strategies, ensuring the highest standards of safety within UK communities.

This leadership role involves managing a team of approximately 30 engineers, overseeing operational and compliance activities, and ensuring maintenance work aligns with organisational objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership to a team of 30 engineers, promoting accountability, motivation, and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new engineers, guaranteeing effective integration and training in line with SMS quality standards.
  • Analyse maintenance forecasts and develop action plans to ensure schedules are met in line with company targets.
  • E nsure compliance tasks, such as Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and ladder inspections, are completed accurately and on time.

This is a full-time position involving a mix of office-based and field-based work. May require travel to operational sites in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and proactive leadership.

We require a degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, relevant certifications preferred. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within maintenance or engineering is essential.
