Water Engineering Team Lead Role

This position involves leading a team of engineers, overseeing operational and compliance activities.

  • Provide strong leadership to foster accountability, motivation, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including candidate selection and interviews.
  • Manage maintenance schedules to ensure availability for planned and ad-hoc tasks.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time role with a mix of office-based and field-based work.
  • May require travel to operational sites.
  • Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and proactive leadership.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of compliance and safety standards

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within maintenance or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, including PAT testing and health and safety regulations.
