Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Penn State Health. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in acquiring high-quality digital images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform computed tomography (CT) procedures to acquire digital images for use by physicians
  • Work under the general supervision of a Radiologist to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and imaging results
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologist (SNMT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered Technologist by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Experience in Trauma/Cardiac imaging
  • Venipuncture competent
