Radiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Specialist to join our team at a RANZCR accredited training site. As a key member of our Medical Imaging Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiology services, educating medical staff and students, and participating in patient safety, audit, research, and service planning activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality radiology services, including General Radiography, Computed Tomography, Ultrasound, Intervention, Fluoroscopy, Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Theatre II.
- Educate medical staff, students, Allied Health, interested community groups, and nursing staff on radiology services and procedures.
- Participate in patient safety, audit, research, and service planning activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
- FRANZCR or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of radiology, including Computed Tomography, Fluoroscopy, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Mammography, Ultrasound, and General Radiography.
- Ability to function as part of a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality patient care services.
- High-level ability to apply contemporary leadership principles to develop and maintain an effective and motivated team.
- Experience in clinical supervision and teaching of radiology registrars, junior medical staff, nursing staff, and medical students within radiology.
