Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking Support Workers to join our dedicated team, providing personalized care and support to individuals with exceptional needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support, experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors, and excellent communication skills.

  • Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and community engagement
  • Implement positive behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies
  • Provide emotional and practical support to individuals according to their individual needs
  • Monitor progress and report changes or concerns as required
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Medication Administration Accreditation
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • WWC Check
  • Manual Handling Training
  • First Aid and CPR
