Personalised Support for Dementia Care

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide personalized care and engagement to residents living with dementia in our specialized units.
This role involves working closely with site-based leaders and a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Dementia to deliver high-quality care and support.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care, with a minimum of 6 months experience in aged care. They will be able to provide individualized support, engage residents in meaningful activities, and create a safe environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
This is a part-time and casual opportunity available across multiple locations. As an employee, you will be part of a values-driven organization committed to delivering exceptional care services.
