Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data entry and administration support to facilitate efficient and safe departure of linehaul and regional vehicles, as well as monitoring telematic systems for fridge monitoring and checking in with drivers who are making overnight trips.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate local drivers and warehouse operators by providing timely data entry and administrative support.
- Monitor refrigerated vehicle performance and communicate effectively with drivers and customers.
- Perform warehouse duties, including assisting warehouse staff with information and supporting loading/unloading trailers.
- Coordinated after-hours break downs and issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the use of Transport Management Systems is preferred.
- Sound mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, accurate data entry, and attention to detail are required.
- Superior customer service and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- 10-hour shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
