About the Role
The Personal Assistant to the College Improvement Team (Business and Finance) provides high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of both departments. The role plays a crucial part in facilitating communication, managing daily activities, and supporting the Directors in delivering on strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support to the College Improvement Team;
- Finance support and reporting;
- Communication and stakeholder management;
- Program and project coordination and event planning;
- Confidentiality and data security;
- Performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.

What We Offer
We offer a contemporary Catholic secondary co-education for young people within the regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay. Our salary remuneration is according to the CEMEA 2022, $77,432.00 - 87,736.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.
